DRWB or DRTB is a movement organised jointly with the Registered Malaysian Homeopathic Practitioners Association and The Faculty of Homeopathy Malaysia, based at the border town of Kota Bharu, kelantan, about 450 km from Kuala Lumpur. The aim of thsi gropup is to bring medical assistance to troubled and neglected corner of the world, without regard to the race, clor of skins, political orientation or goverment approval.

The nucleus staretd in 1979 after the flood season at the East Coast of Kelantan. When it was started the member was only one that is the founder member Dr Nik Omar. By end of 2006 thera re about 50 active members in this group
